Hello:

I am a Principal at a real estate and financial services corporation in Southern California. I am also a real estate investor, a real estate and business broker, and a business consultant serving Southern California since 1984. I specialize in residential and investment properties, 1031 Exchanges, avoiding foreclosures, business valuation and business brokerage. I have a Ph.D. in Engineering and an MBA form UCLA.

I like developing tax strategies and tax planning for my investor clients. I like Tax related subjects. I refer many of my high-income and high-networth clients to some of the Tax Attornies. I also work with a few Tax Accountants to help their clients in business valuation and business buy / sell.
