Career change

Kody - I appreciated your comments on the message board about working for a small vs. big firm. Have you yet started work for your new employer? How did the old "small" employer take it that you were leaving.

I'm in a similar situation. Work for very small firm, but have interview with a much bigger firm (near big 4, but not there yet) in a couple of days.

My biggest concerns are working more hours, plus the change in working environment - I'm sure it's not as laid back or as casual, and I'm curious to see how the client interaction works in a bigger firm.

Just wanted to see if you've started with the Big 4 employer and what your thoughts are.

Thanks,
