Changing a post

Actually there IS a way to change a post after it has been saved. Just go to the top of the screen and click on the "edit this page" tab. Then you can edit not only your own post, but (if you are so inclined) those of others as well.

I do that all the time. Change my own, that is, not other people's <G>. Anyone can see the original version, though, by clicking on the "history" tab and going to the date. So you can't completely hide your mistakes.

Hope this helps you work with us! KatieJ 22:38, 4 July 2009 (CDT)

Thanks

Thanks so much for taking the time to send me that message. I was completely shocked when I first read Crow's response. I never expected to be attacked so personally like that. I've always been one to worry way too much what other people think of me, and I've also always struggled with not wanting to disappoint anyone. Which is why I was trying to help this guy, not wanting to leave him hanging if he really wanted to get things on track and do things the right way. His post really hit me hard and had me thinking I must be a really bad judge of character. I was also upset about the comments that had him questioning my own ethics, and how he mockingly brought my family into it. So when people like you have come forward with your words of encouragement and support, and make a point of telling me your own personal experiences, I really appreciate it. It has helped me more than you realize. Thanks again! Denise DTomecko 00:05, 17 July 2009 (CDT)
