OK, the 6 mo extension on my clients 1120S will expire Friday. There are no additional extensions available. Client is out of reach for a while and I discovered that several core pieces of information are missing. Do I try and estimate the whole 1120S based on 5 year averages, (which has been very stable) or Do I wait for client to return?

If I estimate the return, on what form do I disclose this fact?

This is not a usual occurance in my practice and I would appreciate suggestions.
