As you've been told in the past (see your talk page), spam and advertising posts are not allowed on TaxAlmanac. Your posts that you've added at the end of two discussions so far - once back in May and once today - are all about yourself/your group, and thus are an inappropriate use of TaxAlmanac (see Policies).

Similarly, you started a discussion all about yourself on the Business Growth forum, which would also be against the TaxAlmanac policies (see "no vanity pages or advertising"). However, we do have a user introduction forum where people often provide a concise summary of their background. Your post doesn't really qualify as concise, but rather than delete it on first sight, I've moved it over to User Intros and we'll see what other people think.

Also, you seem to be using one of the TaxAlmanac member's pictures in your post above <now deleted>. That'll need to be edited out of the post, regardless - I'll come back to do that shortly.

(former employees hired by him and former business associates might also be tainted in my personal view).
