| I perform several §263A (cap A) calculations for automobile dealership clients (large resellers) as well as for some small to mid-size manufacturers. Most any reasonable allocation of purchasing, handling and G&A costs to inventory will be accepted. Headaches are when LIFO is method of valuing inventories.
