Why is I search for Rev Proc 2007-63, it does not come up on the results. But if I search on Google, Tax Almanac comes up as one of the first things, and takes me right to 2007-63?

you probably didn't use the period after Rev and after Proc

when you do use the correct punctuation, [[2]] comes up fine
