-There are many threads on this topic, but none about this new Notice, that I could find. Notice 2008-1 seems to clarify the whole 2% S/H Health Ins. deduction and also states clearly that the wages are NOT subject to FICA and Medicare W/H.+Disregard, was posted elsewhere..

-But here's my payroll/accounting question: The Corporate-deducted premuims need to show as income to the S/H. so, do I just book all the premiums paid by the Corp to "wage expense"? I could also use a wash account, if needed. Thanks.+
