Real estate/corporate deal

Matrix, as you can probably tell from my profile, I don't do this type of law. Years ago I did. I highly recommend that you find a local lawyer who can advise you on your structure. It may take some looking but you should be able to find a competent small firm or solo lawyer that does corporate type law. Tell him the reasons you want it structured this way, and get his or her advice. You don't need an expensive big firm lawyer for this.

You may already have a lawyer that can handle it or refer you to someone who does. Some local bar associations have referral services also. Good luck with it!CrowJD 10:47, 21 January 2010 (CST)

Copyright policies

Hi, Matrix, due to TaxAlmanac's copyright policies, you can't actually post the entire Forbes article here. You've already got the link in your post, and I'll delete out the contents of the article so the post is in compliance with the policy. If you want to add a comment to go along with the link, or a synopsis (feel free to delete my synopsis if you add your own), you can either add another post, or open the discussion, click "edit this page" and add the comment inside the squiggly brackets that represent your first post.

Here are links to where the policy is discussed: Policies and guidelines, and also it's mentioned in the last paragraph on this help page, and on the T&C.
