User Info Needed
Hi, you've found* TaxAlmanac, the online research resource and community for tax professionals. (* In your case, I suppose you've refound the site, as I see you did post once or twice back in 2008.)
The members of this website like to be able to know a bit about the people we're interacting with, so please add a little info to your user page/profile to give some info about your background/level of experience as a tax pro. You don't need to provide any personally identifying information, although some users do like to include their contact information there, too.
Other users can then click on your name in any discussion for a quick way to find out a little bit about you, to provide a context for the responses you're posting, or to frame their responses for any questions you may post. This is so important to the members of the website that the specifics about what kind of user info should be added are now stated on the very first screen people see after they first sign up and create a user name.
