Canadian retirement plan rollover to the US

Hi,

If you find anything interesting researching this further (you said you were going to try the number in the memorandum) I would appreciate hearing it. We have a lot of immigrants in this area so I get a good many questions on topics like this (hence I had found the memorandum before so finding it again was easy). The tax issues for immigrants are very complex and often quite unfair (I think). The more I know the better. Thanks. Neill.
