Eastern, my joys of birdwatching post was not posted in reply to your post that mentioned nature. Didn't want you to think that I was making fun of your post.
In fact, I thought your post was great.

Education credit debacle
Eastern....wanted to get more info on your comment about not letting the facts get in the way.
Are you saying to amend the 2010 and use the 1098-T adjustment in 2011 as the reason? Or am I misreading your response.

You may have heard by now that the Tax Almanac ( www.taxalmanac.org ) web site forum is permanently closing its doors effective June 1. Perhaps you have seen the pink bombshell “Important Service Announcement” when logging in.
Long-time TA user ChrisV2 has volunteered to set up a new website where TA users may continue the discussion. The site is up and running now and has an active base of contributors.
