Hi, I sold my practice on Bells Ferry Rd 5 years ago through PAS and was very happy with the overall process and outcome. There were a few things that could have gone smoother. I have a new practice I started in Asheville NC that is keeping me quite busy now, but still have a 2nd home in Marietta, so yes, if you want to get together some time to talk when I'm in town that would be fine. My building on Bells Ferry Rd is for sale, if you are looking for nearby commercial space - right in front of the Super Wal-Mart at the end of Eagle Drive/Towne Lake Parkway area.
