Change from C-Corp. to LLC

Good Morning...Again,

I hit the save button before fininshing my cry for help. I was saying I too started out with the pencil carbon approach although I have used Lacerte for the past 13-14 years but I am able to complete a tax form should my computer go down. Thanks again for any thoughts.

Wisconsin Users Group

Because no one has asked for it.  :-) If I set it up, would you add content to the page - i.e. add Wisconsin-specific links and information?

Thanks for the response

And your quote would serve me well but I can not give that statement. Can you advise me where I can find it? I have looked through instructions but guess I am over looking it.

Thanks

I am fairly new to Tax Almanac, posted a few replies, however, I want to say I enjoy your comments and also the fact that I just read about an IRS alert regarding e-mail scams and I think it's wonderful that you are able to alert so many people. I went to you profile, and I also think it's wonderful what you have accomplished and would like to know how I can join the NATP. I will soon be retired from IRS as a Tax Compliance Officer (Tax Auditor) and have formed (not starting until 2008) a SMLLC and have also applied for Enrolled Agent status. I'd like to be an involved in representing people who have received a notice and also would like to do some tax preparation. (Wish me luck)

Please let me know how I may join your organization and welcome any start-up advice you may have for the new kid on the block. Take care and I look forward to reading and learning more from your input on tax almanac. I think Tax Almanac is a wonderful resource.

Commingling funds

Hi, new here and looking for information on how to correct the commingling of funds in my checking accounts. We are invested in TIC's with our LLC and the checks have always come into our personal account. If we set up a new account for the LLC how long does it take to reestablish some sort of protection and "cure" the commingling issue. thank you, Marsha1finaltry 14:00, 5 January 2009 (CST)
