Bensalem, PA address

Mapbusines: Does the Bensalem, PA's address apply for the entire country ? Also, where can I find more information about this IRS process center and when to use ? Do you know the ZIP code ???

1031 exchange 1 for 2

Hello.

I came across a post that you made in Feb. 2006. You listed a website www.timcorfinancial.com.

I cannot get to this site. Is there a letter missing in the web address. I'm looking for an example of a 1031 exchange which shows 1 property given up for 4 replacement properties. I believe that the gain on the whole transaction is supposed to be allocated to the various newly acquired properties. I want to be sure.

Thanks for the help!
