Your NJ audit question
Hi, about a week ago you started an article on this site, but you then asked a tax question instead of posting a factual article. The articles are intended more for passing along information that'll be used by others doing research, so the article will be deleted. If you're a tax pro, you can ask tax questions and get feedback on the Discussion Forums. Before you post anything to the discussion forums, though, be sure to add some information to your user page about your background/experience as a tax pro.

Here's the content of your question, in case you need it to paste into a tax question later:
One of my cleint has audited by State of NJ. Client was working for NY Corp & we had filed return as non resident for NY & Resident for NJ. Box 14 of W2 shows IRC414H & IRC125 is it taxable for both the state ?
