You started a topic today that was probably intended to be a question in the Practice Mgt & Growth forum, but somehow ended up on the talk page of a non-existing article.
First - I'd be interested in the steps you took to create the topic, when you originally did it, if you can remember them. That'll help us to fix whatever problem within the TaxAlmanac structure that may have led your post to end up where it did. You can leave me a note by clicking on my name below, and then going to my discussion page and clicking to leave me a message.
Second - you should probably just copy the text of your earlier post into a new question (which you'd start by going to the forum linked above and clicking on Start a new discussion topic down at the bottom of the page. Unless, of course, that's what you did in the first place, in which case definitely please let me know, as that's not how that's supposed to work!
