I live and work in New York. I am an estate planning/probate/elder law attorney and I routinely prepare and file federal estate tax returns (706), gift tax returns (709) and fiduciary income tax returns (1041) and their state equivalents. My 1040 preparation experience is generally limited to family and friends. I also teach college level courses in Federal Income Taxation and other tax related fields.
