I'm am a tax accountant with office in my home. I live in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia on a beef cattle farm with my husband and two sons. I prepare approximately 300 returns a year. Although I prepare a lot of individual returns, I specialize in farm returns with most of my clients being dairy, poultry, beef, or grain farmers. Although some of my clients are not full time farmers, a lot of them have a small farming operation in addition to their off the farm job.
