Hello, my name is Karen and I am an Enrolled Agent practicing in NY. I have been preparing tax returns since 2003. Although I prepare mostly personal and small businesses (Schedule C), I also have about 28 small S-Corps. As of the 2012 filing year, I have approximately 500 clients.

In addition to taxation, I have a successful bookkeeping and payroll business. I am a member of NATP (National Association of Tax Professionals) and NAEA (National Association of Enrolled Agents).
