Hello, my name is Mike Wellman. I am a former Manager with Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. I practice as a sole proprietor and have had clients in almost every industry and of every size. I am a graduate of Baylor University and was certified in 1980.

I will answer general tax questions but specialize in problems dealing with delinquent tax returns, Offers in Compromise, IRS collection matters including installment agreements, liens, levies, seizures, audits, appeals, innocent spouse claims and injured spouse claims.
