Hello, my name is Scott Bird and I go by the nickname CYBEROAN. I'm an Enrolled Agent and I own and operate Tax-xpress in Sacramento,CA. In addition I operate a California Tax Education Council certified Income Tax School for beginning and advanced tax professionals in Downtown Sacramento. I'm happy to say that my family and I have the fortune of being able to live only part of the year in the hustle and bustle of the big city.
