I'm relatively new to this website. I've been in business running a software consulting/development company up in San Jose, California since 1990. We started out as a Sole Proprietorship, moved to a C Corp, and recently elected to change to Subchapter S. Like many business owners, I'm always interested in ways to better structure our small business in a tax optimal way.
