Hello, my name is Lisa and I am a self-employed CPA. I have been in my own practice for about 4 years. Prior to that I spent 10 years working in private industry - nonprofit and for profit - and about 5 years working for a local owned CPA firm. I think that this discussion board is a great resource for those striking out on their own. I want to thank all those experienced CPA's, EA's, Accountants and other professionals that are sharing their knowledge and opinions with the rest of us.
