Hi,

I am a US CPA and a Canadian CGA. I work for a public accounting firm in Central Alberta - doing both assurance and tax work. After initially working for a then Big Four firm for two years after graduating from college, I left public accounting. I worked briefly in industry and then went to graduate school. While in college I met my wife, who is Canadian. We got married, moved to Canada and two years ago I decided to got back into public accounting to better support my family.

My tax focus at this point is Canadian - personal and coporate tax work - to deepen my knowledge in this area. I will soon expand my scope to US tax work serving Canadians and US citizens/residents with cross-border tax issues.

I look forward to learning from this forum!
