Hello, my name is Ben and I go by the nickname Bm911tax. I am a licensed financial advisor in states of NY and NJ. Because a financial plan requires practical tax knowledge I got into the tax business as well. I am not a CPA, nor EA, just someone who constantly wants to learn and know more about taxes :), (but don't think I am new to taxes, there is always room for tax enrichment) My firm employs a CPA (he helps me out with complex tax problems, if he can :o)) and a bookkeeper. 4 months I prepare taxes mainly 1040s and 1120S (the best way to connect with clients)and 8 months I do financial and tax planning. I deal a lot with qualified retirement plan setups for small businesses, self-directed retirement plans, IRAs, life insurance planning, and investment management. If you'd like to leave me a message, just select the discussion tab at the top of this page.
Thank you, and G'D Bless. [1] [2]

“The hardest thing in the world to understand is the income tax.” — Albert Einstein
“Courts have said that there is nothing sinister in so arranging affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everyone does it, rich and poor alike and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands: Taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions. To demand more in the name of morals is mere cant.“-Honorable Learned Hand, U.S. Appeals Court Judge, Helvering v. Gregory, 69 F.2d 809 (1934).
