I am entering the health insurance paid for the sole shareholder by the S corp as taxable wages not subject to FICA or Medicare.

Is it subject to California SDI? Thank you for your answer.

If it is not subject to California SDI, is it included in California state wages?

It is exempt from SDI (CUIC Section 931 - per EDD CA p/r tax guide) It is included in both Federal and California state wages. It is also exempt from FICA wages.
