Non Profit Corporation,503(c)(3), has raised funds to donate to individuals (scholarships for nursing) who are foreign students and live in their own country. Is the non profit organization allowed to deduct the contributions under Program Services on the form 990? Individuals and business organizations for profit normally are not allowed to deduct contributions unless it is a IRS recognized organization. Does this follow the same rule?
