Hi, as I don't seem to get to this site too often, it is always a learning curve. But I have used it before and gotten Email notices when someone added a comment to my question. it did not happen this time and since I've got response, I can not find what I've done wrong. My email is correct, it is book marked. What is wrong?

Although many individuals continue to receive their TaxAlmanac alert emails, some other users have also reported problems similar to what you have mentioned. Although we have looked into the issue, we have not been able to locate any problems on our end. From what we can tell, the emails are being sent out properly, but for some reason they aren't being received by some people. It may be that they are being blocked by certain service providers who interpret the sending address as spam. If anyone is having this problem, please reply to this discussion and indicate who your ISP (internet service provider) is. Perhaps if enough people do this we'll see a pattern emerge.

I don't receive e-mails either. My ISP is Network Solutions and uses spam filters at the server level.

I haven't been getting the notices since about August. I use email.com, which I was using when I first set up my account with TaxAlmanac.

I can't confirm my email because I haven't received the confirmationn one from TaxAlmanac. I read something about checking certain items in Email in profile, but I couldn't check them as they weren't highlighted. My server is windstream.net.
