I used the Lacerte tool to export an invoice to Quickbooks and although the invoice did get properly entered into Quickbooks, I found that about a months worth of input had been erased from Quickbooks as well. The Lacerte rep said this was the first time she had heard of this problem. Has anyone else had a problem with the export tool?
