I have some clients asking about an email that is going around stating that employer's portion of healthcare contribution will show up on 2010 w-2 and

taxable wages will be "gross-uped". Anyone have any information on this? It references HR3590 from the healthcare bill. I couldn't find anything that stated this and I don't believe this is the case. Just wondering if anyone has gotten this email.

See Discussion:The Ministry of Disinformation, and also Discussion:Health Care Bill & PPAC Act summary for prior discussions of this [completely inaccurate] e-mail.
