If a schedule C or Partnership in new home construction pays no W-2 wages to employees, Can they claim the Domestic Production Activities Deduction?

Sorry, you can't deduct the Domestic Production Activities Deduction. The idea is to create more employment by this law. I learned from a tax seminar.

The problem is that IRS did not release the form 8903 yet 2-14-06 and a lot of fishermen are waiting for the form. Remember their due dates are 3/1/2006.

What if a wife is paid wages from a husbands Schedule C, would this now qualify as W-2 wages paid for the deduction?

When calculating the deduction, is officer salaries on Sub-S included as wages and what do they mean by other expenses related to Qualified Domestic Receipts. Do you add in all or some of the general operating expenses of the company like rent, supplies, telephone, gifts, etc.
