I have read some of the posts and could not find a definite answer. My reading of reference gives me conflicting information. Please help. Please provide citation if possible. Thank you. |

No of course not. NO! Start with Sec 1361 The only possible exception would be if both LLC's were SMLLC's that were being treated as diregarded entities. |

I googled "LLC SCorp shareholders" and found the above article. Hope it helps you. This article confirms Tin's observation that only SMLLCs would be eligible. |

Sorry, I got it reversed. I meant to say 2 s-corps own an LLC, i.e. LLC with two members who are both S corps. That is doable, right? Thank you for your quick response |
