I think bonuse depr. is available for all rentals but cannot find anything on IRS that says that exactly. Please comment

Qualifying property is defined in IRC 168(k).

Don't forget, it must be new property with a recovery period of 20 years or less.

Ztom, we have this very useful tool called the yellow search box. Your question (as are most everyone's question) has been asked and answered numerous times.

To use the yellow search box, you type in your search term:

bonus depreciation rental

and hit the 'GO' button.
