I know that a reverse vasectomy operation and costs therto whether successful or not are, so I would not hesitate to deduct them. I'm sure the Tax Court would agree as long as the costs were not deemed cosmeticly incurred.

Yes! infertility is concidered a medical problem and fertility cost are concidered medical espenses just as any other medical treatment.
