IS THERE ANY WAY TO DEFER THE TAXMAN ON IRAS INHERITED AT DEATH, WHETHER

OR NOT A REVOCABLE TRUSR ASSET?

Depends. Need more info.

Surviving spouse as beneficiary? Or other than surviving spouse?

Was decedent older or younger than 70 1/2 when he/she passed away?

And, the IRA cannot be owned by the revocable trust, but the beneficiary of the IRA could be the revocable trust of the decedent.

So, who were the listed beneficiary(s) on the IRA??
