In completing the Form 2553 (converting a C-Corp to an S-Corp in the state of Texas (a community property state), how should a husband and wife be shown with respect to ownership? Or is it okay to list only the husband? The husband is the only owner converting a sole proprietorship (owned prior to marriage) to a C-corp and then the S-Corp. Since the wife will not be involved in the business and will NOT be a stockholder, should both names be listed in Part I indicating 100% for the husband and zero% for the wife? Or should it be indicating some other way?

Thanks for any help.
