This film would never be seen today......Eric Cantor would scream that it is class warfare. Besides the magnificent William Powell's Godrey, our boy Eric would hate Eugene Pallette's character, probably comparing him to Mr. Buffet.

I found the movie on Youtube. Those were the great days for movies. I think I've seen it before on TCM. Enjoyed it (I'm through with 7/9ths of it).
Did any of those personal items in the Fiscal Times cost 39K? The Olsen Twins(TM) are selling an alligator backpack for $39,000. Seems to be selling well. |
