What a cast of characters: besides our noble drug company avoiding taxes, there's Merrill Lynch giving the advice. You don't have to read the whole opinion, but rather skip to the end and read of the 'Chutzpah' of this company.

Is this the only court case that the individual participants are involved in with regard to this matter? Seems almost criminal to me.
