On your tax return.

On the seller's tax return. Burp.

What type of rental property? A beauty shop chair? VHS tapes? DVDs? A motor home? A vehicle? A carpet shampooer?

It's a residential rental property, my client had three residential rental properties and sold one.

Where does it go on the tax return?

The answer is above. Is this your first sale of a rental property in the last 30 years?
