| I have a client that has a US corporation. Recently, the corporation engaged some business activities in Asia. Per client, these activities will bring in some substantial commissions (over 3 mil USD) for the corporation. All activities occurs in oversea. I want to know what is tax treatment or reporting requirement for these oversea commissions. Any reference or input is very much appreciated. | |

| The commissions are taxable income. See Code section 61 ("all income from whatever source derived . . . "). | |
