I have a client that has a US corporation. Recently, the corporation engaged some business activities in Asia. Per client, these activities will bring in some substantial commissions (over 3 mil USD) for the corporation. All activities occurs in oversea. I want to know what is tax treatment or reporting requirement for these oversea commissions. Any reference or input is very much appreciated.

The commissions are taxable income. See Code section 61 ("all income from whatever source derived . . . ").
