Hi Everyone, again.

My wonderful real estate client holds single family home properties as rental property. He has taken a few courses on real estate and how to market and acquire more homes and has traveled far to even attend some of these classes.

He'd like to take professional development deductions on his schedule E. I believe that's ok and should be listed on line 18 of Schedule E as an other expense. Does everyone agree?

Thanks again!

Nance
