Can anyone direct me to a place where I can find samples of corporate minutes for an S corp? Also any samples of written accountable plans? Thanks.

they are always in the corporate minute books that the client buys - I think you can now order them at Office Depot etc.

Call an attorney. Unless this is your corp, I'd suggest NOT practicing law without a license.

What is in the minute book you buy is a skeleton where you must add the flesh. Aside from the resolution to elect S Status, I doubt there is that great a difference between S and C minutes. I agree with JR; let a professional bring it up to date and then let the shareholders/officers keep the minute book. Your service should let them know their requirements for meetings and an agenda.
