It is my understanding that is acceptable. As a matter of fact I think I have one or two of them.

YES... The instructions for filling out the 1065 defines a partnership as a relationship between to persons. The persons is really a legal entity. Other Partnerships, Corporations, Trust, LLC and other legal entities
