I have a new company that was just formed. Since the 2553 must be filed by the 15th of the 3 month and this is a calendar year corporation that started in June. When does a timely 2553 have to be filed?

Since the corporation was first formed in June, then it's 15th day of third month since incorporation. So if June 1st - then September 15th.

It is actually 75 days. Sometimes a day or two difference. Mail it in now. Why wait?
