| Hi, everyone. My name is Mike. I have been preparing tax returns for over 25 years and also do small business accounting throughout the year. I work totally by myself, and have a nice office set up in the basement of my home where my I can meet with my clients.
I live in the Wichita, KS area, right in the heart of the good 'ole USA. I have been fortunate over the years to have built up an excellent client base. I feel very fortunate in coming across this forum, and am looking forward to exchanging information with others. Good luck to all in the upcoming filing season. It is nearly upon us!!! Cheers! | Mike,
Sounds like we have a lot in common, beside the first name. I too work in my home that I had remodeled specifically to have 3 rooms dedicated to my tax practice. Now that I'm back doing what I really like (heavy construction accounting and management), I work at the tax preparation part-time to at least keep my skills honed. If you don't use it you'll loose it. Like you, I'm new to this forum and look forward to an interchange and sharing of ideas and knowledge. Have a great tax season....and stay warm in Kansas!
