If an multi-member LLC pays health insurance premiums for members (guaranteed payments is not the question, I am clear on that one), does the LLC have to offer to pay health insurance premiums for its employees? I think the answer is no, but I am not a benefits specialist.....any help is appreciated

This all depends on the insurance laws of your state and the rules for a group plan (if the LLC has one).
