Has anyone used a product called TaxScripts TaxPro? CCH? (I've been told this electronically submits 2848 and downloads IRS transcripts fast.)

We need to get client data fast, and been having some delays and issues with the regular e-Services, but wanted to see if anyone had thoughts on this product?
