Hello,

I'm working with an entity that is technically terminated as of 4/1/08. My question is straightforward: is this entity's 2008 1042 due 3/15/09 with the rest of the 2008 1042's, or was it due at some other time (my initial reaction was that it would have been due 6/15/08).

It is due 3/15/09. See Treas. Reg. ยง 1.1461-1(b)(1).
