| How would I handle a 1099-Misc received for distributions received from rental partnership that has been disposed off in the current year.
My understanding is that it would have been taken care of from the K1 inputs which will flow to 4797 on 1040. Am I missing something? Are the partnership distributions taxable and reported on 1099-misc to be taxed as SE. | |
